FILE Session 4 - Group presentations
Peers and tutor evaluation based on the following criteria:
  • Content - extent of knowledge of the audience profiled and appropriateness of the support proposed
  • Group dynamics -Time keeping and cohesiveness of the delivery
  • Presentation - effectiveness of communication (e.g. eye contact/ voice projection/ pacing of delivery) effective use of slides and design of the presentation
Component 2
Submit a written evaluation (300 words max) and include the PowerPoint presentation as an Appendix.

NB While some overlap of content is assumed amongst the members of a group, you are expected to make your submission unique through your own writing style

Questions addressed during the discussion about the online evaluations
1) What criteria have you used to evaluate the resource?
Fit for purpose?/ Ease of use/ Clarity of exposition
2) What incentives have you offered your users to complete the questionnaire? (Length/ Benefits to respondents and trainers)
3)Is this tutorial targeting a specific group of users? Have you devised your evaluation questionnaire addressing this audience?
4) Does the tutorial articulate specific learning outcomes and if so have you structured your questionnaire based on these outcomes?
